Delivery Information
Just Vape & Juices now offers national delivery. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 pm. Please note that while we aim to provide next-day delivery, it is not guaranteed. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Weekend and Bank Holiday Delivery Information
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working Monday.
Missing a Delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 7 working days, please track the item using the provided tracking number.

Returns
We understand that receiving defective or damaged items can be frustrating. If you receive defective goods, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Do not dispose of the items until we have investigated the issue.
Once we receive the defective goods, our team will inspect and test them. If they are found to be defective, we will offer you a refund or replacement within 30 days. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as your initial order.
If the product is no longer available, we will issue a refund including postage fees or offer an exchange for an alternative product.
If the goods are found to be non-defective or the damage is due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear, we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund. In such cases, any costs incurred will be your responsibility.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it within 28 days, the item must be unused and undamaged. Please email salesjustvape@gmail.com to initiate a return. All returns must be sent via recorded delivery, and refunds will be made within 24 hours of receiving the returned product.
